TPS works to foster and advocate for a robust and equitable theatre community.
Volunteers receive CREDIT in the form of points that can be used toward Studio Rentals, Membership and more, for committing to cleaning Theatre Puget Sound spaces through our Adopt A Space (AAS) program. TPS is looking for a commitment of One Deep Cleaning and One Light Cleaning per month.
Crediting Points:
Studio Spaces, Conference Room, Center Theater Lobby, Black Box, and Theatre4:
1 Deep Cleaning = 2 hours | 2 hours = 3000 points | 3000 points = $30
1 Light Cleaning = 1 hour | 1 hour = 1500 points | 1500 points = $15
Center Theatre:
1 Deep Cleaning = 2 hours | 2 hours = 6000 points | 6000 points = $60
1 Light Cleaning = 1 hour | 1 hour = 3000 points | 3000 points = $30
Other things to note:
- Points earned must be redeemed in 1 year.
- They may not be used for classes, techs, or performances.
- Applicants must be members of TPS.
- Cleanings are logged via an online form made available via a QR code in each rentable space. Cleanings that are not logged properly will not receive credit.
