Rehearsal & Meeting Spaces

!! Know before your Reserve!!


1. ACCESS: You will receive an access code for the space you have rented 50 minutes prior to your rental time. You will receive this code via an automated email from our website coming to you from the email address site@theatrepugetsound.org. Please check the email address associated with the order placed through the website for this code and BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. 

If you have not received that email within the appropriate timeframe (50 minutes prior to your reservation), please contact our Space4Arts team at 206-651-4106. Our team members work hard to resolve your issues as quickly as possible. Please treat them with patience and kindness. 

2. TROUBLESHOOTING: If you are unable to reach the Space4Arts team at that number, you may contact Seattle Center Security as a final solution. Instructions for contact will be found on the door of your reserved space.

3. REFUND POLICY: Please familiarize yourself with the Theatre Puget Sound Space4Arts Refund Policy prior to making your reservation.

4. IMPORTANT: If you are reserving the Black Box, Theatre4 or Center Theatre spaces, please pay special attention to the amenities you will need to select with your reservation. Set up assistance and use of equipment is not included in your rental.

5. Same Day Reservations are not always available. Please familiarize yourself with the TPS Holiday Schedule and make your reservations early.

6. SECURITY: The security of equipment or valuables within the studio is the responsibility of the renter. Please be sure to keep the studio locked at all times. Do not leave your valuables unattended.

Each of our spaces have unique built-in amenities.

If you are in need of additional equipment or tools, you will find available add-ons on each of the space profile pages. Other add-on costs may be relative to your use of the space. For example, TPS charges an additional fee for the use of our spaces on performance dates due to additional staffing requirements and equipment wear-and-tear during high volume use. Please select the appropriate add-ons while securing your booking.
